Dundrum Shopping Centre
The project involved repair works to the centre after the flooding of 2011, specifically, four separate sites throughout the centre. The works consisted of stripping back the existing damaged services and finishes and replacing with new. Mechanical and electrical works included surveying, logging and reporting on damage items. Works on live lifts had to be coordinated so that 2 lifts remained live throughout the project, which included replacing the floor finish. All works were completed out of hours and the areas returned to the centre clean and ready for trading the next morning. All deliveries were carried out during out of working hours and with the centres approval. Works were completed on time and to the satisfaction of the centre with seamless integration to their work times and regulations.
