Committed to better ways of working.
We know that every project we undertake has an impact beyond the walls we build. We act responsibly and with respect for our surroundings and the communities that we work in.
Gender Pay Gap Report
Our people are our most important asset, and we are committed to embracing diversity in all its many facets and providing an inclusive environment for all our people. We aim to provide transparency on the gender pay gap within Flynn in accordance with the reporting requirements set by the Irish Government in the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
Responsible builds
At Flynn, we are committed to quiet worksites. From installing sound-absorbent matting to wearing specialist footwear, our teams go above and beyond to minimise noise and disruption. We encourage feedback from neighbours and locals and do our utmost to solve every issue.
Sustainability
We take an holistic approach to sustainability, incorporating it into our company culture and the work we undertake. We have multiple LEED-accredited professionals on our team, and we implement LEED green principles on all of our projects. We also recycle 98.8% of the waste generated on site through our recycling partners.
Our work on Cumberland House achieved Platinum LEED status, and it stands as a prime example of the possibilities that sustainable builds present. If you’d like to know more about our approach to sustainability, get in touch.
Community
We measure our success not just by our profitability but also by the positive social impact we make. We strive to engage with and support the communities we work in, for example by employing locally. We also support many sports teams and charities through donations, sponsorship and fundraising, including:
- Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin
- Down Syndrome Ireland
- The Simon Community
- St. Vincent De Paul
- Jack & Jill Foundation
- Ratoath GAA Club
