Alan has worked with some of the industry’s best contractors during his 26-year career, both in Ireland and internationally. He has emerged as a consummate leader, heading up multidisciplinary teams on complex projects and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. A skilled and ambitious professional, his experience spans building, civil engineering and utility projects, with a special focus on commercial building development.

At Flynn, Alan manages our commercial managers and estimating teams, working on major projects across a range of construction sectors. He brings diligence and self-motivation to his role and is dedicated to ensuring that our clients get the best possible results.
