Lauren joined Flynn in 2018 and has taken up the role of Human Resources Generalist. Within a short time frame, Lauren has helped to streamline the recruitment process as well as administering numerous work life balance initiatives such as our Friday coffee morning, yoga classes and work-life balance days.

Prior to working in Flynn, Lauren has extensive experience in working in Human Resources in Ireland as well as working in Los Angeles.

With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, Lauren brings a huge amount of expertise to everything she works on. An excellent communicator with a very strong work ethic Lauren always strives to understand what people need and leveraging this knowledge to further improve employee experience. Lauren has a keen interest in different cultures and has travelled extensively throughout Asia, the Caribbean and Mexico.
