High-end Fit-out in a Live Environment

This high-end fit-out project was completed in a live building in 1 George’s Quay. The tenant fit-out was completed over half of Level 2 and to the full floor on Level 3. The completed fit-out provided a mix of work settings: open plan and enclosed offices, with touch-down spaces, reception area café/restaurant, meeting rooms, training rooms, focus rooms, break-out spaces, stores, tea/ coffee points etc. The fit-out included for modifications to the existing building services systems and the introduction of new technology to meet the clients layout and requirements. There was a high end joinery package in the reception areas and loose furniture installed. The works were completed in a live building and we appointed a Neighbour Liaison Manager throughout the project..
