Scotch House | Dublin | 2018

A prestigious, modern and authentic office space in Dublin 1

Situated along the quays in Dublin City Centre, the Scotch House project provided our team with a challenging logistical project which required careful coordination with the Luas running very close by. The temporary works design for the project was one of the highlights and the whole building was supporting while major structural alterations were carried out. The existing façade was replaced with a sleek new structural façade which stands out from the crowd so to speak. This new façade allows for breath taking views along the River Liffey and the Quays in Dublin City.

Collaboration was crucial on this heavy grade refurbishment project, and we needed to have a deep understanding of what our client required from the outset. With the logistical constraints of this project, we needed our expert team to collaborate with the design team on all aspects to ensure the successful delivery of this project. In partnership, we created a marquee project with a bright open and clean office space.

THE OUTCOME

The client was blown away with the finished project. With the site so tight to the Luas line and logistics a challenge, our expert team exceeded the client’s expectations. The client had a vision of a nice bright open space with the façade offering panoramic views, all this was delivered and more.
