Barry Devereux

Barry joined our Advisory Board in 2026 and holds a number of directorships in the financial services and technology sectors. In 2023, he set up DVRX Advisory, a boutique consultancy specialising in the management and oversight of M&A transactions and corporate litigation. Barry was Managing Partner of McCann FitzGerald from 2015 to 2022 and a Corporate Finance/M&A partner in that firm since 1998. He began his legal career with Clifford Chance in London, before relocating with that firm to Singapore where he was Head of Corporate Finance for South East Asia.
