The successful handover of the EY Headquarters Fit-Out at Wilton Park marked the culmination of a highly complex and prestigious 180,000 sq.ft workplace project delivered for one of Ireland’s leading professional services firms. Flynn implemented a structured and collaborative handover process, ensuring all client requirements, commissioning activities, testing and certification were completed in advance of occupation. Particular focus was placed on the seamless transition of building services, workplace technology, security systems and specialist client areas, allowing EY to move into a fully operational environment with minimal disruption. Comprehensive training, user demonstrations, O&M documentation and digital asset information were provided to support the facilities management team, while a phased snagging and close-out strategy ensured the highest quality standards were achieved. The successful handover reflected the strong partnership between Flynn, EY, CBRE, Turner & Townsend and the wider design team, delivering a world-class workplace that exceeded expectations in terms of quality, functionality and user experience.
