There was a great buzz and excitement in our Dublin office yesterday as we launched our 2023/2024 Graduate Programme. Our newly enrolled Graduates got to hear from a number of our Senior Management Team, their mentors and also past Graduates on their journey and success stories while completing the programme. The Flynn Graduate Programme is run over 12 months and provides a structured approach to ensuring that our Graduates receive in-depth training, mentoring and support for the duration of the programme and beyond.
