Delivering a Landmark Workplace Development in Dublin City Centre
Valued at €75 million and spanning nine floors, the project will see the transformation of the newly constructed and refurbished Annex Building alongside the historic Bakery Building, creating a world-class workplace environment in the heart of Dublin.
Originally constructed in the 1940s as an industrial bakery before later being converted into office accommodation, the building is being carefully reimagined to provide a contemporary workplace designed to accommodate approximately 1,100 employees. A new internal connection between the Bakery and Annex buildings will seamlessly integrate both structures, while respecting and preserving the unique character and heritage of the original building.
The project represents another significant milestone in Flynn's growing portfolio of large-scale workplace developments. Drawing on experience gained through the successful delivery of major office projects across Dublin, the team is bringing together expertise in refurbishment, fit-out and complex stakeholder coordination to deliver a high-quality workplace that blends heritage architecture with modern workplace design.
With mobilisation and planning activities now underway, the project team is preparing to commence delivery of this exciting development. Once complete, the campus will provide a modern, flexible and sustainable working environment while preserving one of Dublin's most distinctive historic buildings.
