Collaboration was the key to the delivery of this penthouse space by Flynn that offers a remarkable view of the liffey and Dublin from the double aspect lighthouse space.
The brief was fulfilled in a fast track programme which was delivered with key supply chain partners with an outstanding joinery package that wraps the primary M&E services in the ceiling with vaulted features and arched walkways that allow the space to be traversed across the entire floor plate without having to even enter the work-space environment.
