Flynn were engaged to construct this Primary Care Centre in Ballincollig, County Cork. This Green field site project was a design and build project for Glencar Healthcare.
The project itself comprised of a three storey development with a courtyard on the internal blocks. The construction involved the full interior fit-out of specialized rooms which will be used by consultants and medical personnel. Offices were fitted out and a full M&E install. Cladding and Facades were installed along with very specialist stonework. External works were completed as part of the project which included extensive landscaping and tree planting.
