Construction of a 15 hectare upper tier Seveso Chemical Management Facility.
The project involved the construction of warehousing units for the storage of chemical materials within a secure 33 acre site. Building F is the latest element of the facility to be progressed. This high energy efficient, temperature controlled distribution warehouse houses climate sensitive product and has ancillary added value works areas including its cleanrooms, marshalling areas and extensive loading bay arrangement. The building incorporates a fire suppression sprinkler system, non-combustible wall construction and an exhaustive duty and stand by Mechanical and Electrical installation. Through sustainable design, construction and operations, built to LEED certification standards, see buildings such as these which reduce carbon emissions, energy and waste, conserve water, prioritize safer materials, and lower our exposure to toxins. There was also the Construction of 2 Administration Buildings, 3km of Industrial Roads & Infrastructure and a 6 Acre Pavement Quality ISO storage yard.
