Significant Infrastructural upgrades to meet the needs of the EU Distribution Hub Facility
We completed this EU Distribution Hub Facility for Clinigen Ireland Limited Unit 12, Airways Industrial Estate, Dublin 17, Ireland. The scope of the works also included a fit out (office, reception and toilet areas) with a large open storage area. Whilst the existing facility was brought to a standard for occupation it needed significant infrastructural upgrades to meet the needs of the EU Distribution Hub facility. The project also included installation of Goods In and Dispatch areas, Installation of Ambient Pallet Storage, Installation of Ambient Pickface Storage, Installation of Controlled Destruction secure cages, Installation of 2°C to 8°C Cold Storage & Freezers, Installation of a mezzanine floor to accommodate additional utility requirements, Upgrading of Electrical Supply capacity and electrical infrastructure, Installation of additional utilities to support the facility including Air Handling Unit and compressors.
