Works being completed in a Live Campus.
This project is currently live on site and the works include the material alterations to the existing Old Export Warehouse for Diageo. The works carried out will include the construction of a 2-storey ancillary block to the plant area building and the demolition of the existing structures. Reconfiguration works will be carried out to accommodate 4 vehicular loading bays to include new dock levellers & pedestrian doors. New Staff facilities will be put in place internally within the building including offices, meeting rooms, welfare facilities and workshops.
