Project delivered in a Mission Critical Environment
This project consists primarily of the Civils (Piling, Foundations, Drainage), Structural (Steel Frame, composite metal deck slabs), Architectural (External envelope, wall and floor finishes) construction of a 2 storey process plant along with the design, coordination, and installation of the Electrical and Mechanical works. Design, fabrication and installation of the above and below ground stainless steel process drainage to achieve the specified flow rates as defined within the project brief. As General Contractor and PSCS, coordination and collaboration with the specialist process equipment providers prior to and during our works was instrumental in ensuring the project was completed in line with the clients requirements. This project was located on a busy live brewery campus with significant logistical challenges which through careful planning, coordination and communication were executed efficiently.
