Project delivered in a Mission Critical Environment
This project involved material alterations to the existing Old Export Warehouse along with the construction of a 2-storey ancillary block to the plant area building at St. James Gate Brewery in Dublin 2. The works were carried out in an busy live environment. Significant rescheduling and resequencing of the works were undertaken due to the reduced expenditure following Covid 19. The works included demolition of the north-eastern corner of the building and annexes and its reconfiguration to accommodate 4 vehicular loading bays, new dock levellers, pedestrian doors and associated elevational treatments. A significant remediation / replacement of existing reinforced concrete floor slab was required, including additional floor drainage and new effluent pumping station.
