This project involved the complete strip-out of an existing restaurant back to its shell for future occupation. The main element of the works included the strip-out and refurbishment of 5,400 sq.ft office space over 2 floors plus core areas. There was a lift replacement carried out along with a full MEP replacement to BCO standards. Logistics needed to be carefully planned and carried out during this project. There was specialist joinery installed throughout the building and new floor finishes put in place. New partitions were installed along with new ceiling finishes.
