New Century House

The Dockline Building (New Century House) was taken from Shell & Core through to a functional office facility. The building envelope incorporating the facades, windows and roof elements were completed upgraded and replaced. Full refurbishment was carried out to existing office interiors and toilet cores. The office space was completed to a CAT A standard with the provision for the sub-division of each floor to accommodate 2 sub-tenants. The works included basement upgrades including plant room, showers, changing, toilet, bike store and gym facilities. Full M&E upgrade including CAT B installation of heating and cooling services, Ventilation services, water services, soils and waste, fire services, BMS system and lift upgrade / replacement.
