9 storey Data Centre based in existing Telehouse Docklands Campus.
This is a marquee project for Flynn. The floor area is 34,000m², with a building height of 65 meters. There are 12 data halls - totalling 22.4 MW IT cooling capacity. Electrical 2N 132/11kV transformers, 11 generator sets, 20 air-cooled chillers. Levels 3 to 6 are designated as fallow and part of a potential phase 2 hall fitout. The structure uses steel framing with 9m bays (10,000t), supported by 97 rotary piles up to 50m deep. This project is currently live on site.
