The project entails the refurbishment and alteration of No. 3 & 4 Grand Canal Quay and associated site works.
This is a live project with our team currently on-site. The team recently achieved a key milestone by completing the re-installation of the existing roof trusses. Works are now underway to install the new roof build up, whilst preparations are also ongoing ahead of the new window install in the coming weeks. Works in the Event Space area have also progressed with waterproofing, floor slabs and structural steel frame due for completion within the next 4 weeks.
