Significant milestones have been achieved in recent months, with the majority of first-fix works now complete and a comprehensive second-fix programme well underway. High-quality joinery installations have commenced throughout the building, while ceiling works and mechanical and electrical fit-out activities continue to advance in line with the project programme.
Externally, groundworks are progressing steadily, with landscaping, paving and associated infrastructure works helping to shape the final appearance of the development. Through careful planning, close collaboration and effective coordination across all trades, the project team has successfully maintained momentum and delivered a consistently high standard of workmanship.
The positive progress made to date has been recognised by Galway City Council, with the client expressing a high level of satisfaction with both the quality of delivery and the collaborative approach adopted throughout the project.
