Construction is now underway on the Glanmire Primary Care Centre in Cork, a significant healthcare development that will provide modern, purpose-built facilities and essential primary care services for the local community.

Delivering Modern Healthcare Infrastructure for the Growing Glanmire Community
Once complete, the development will deliver approximately 1,900m² of primary healthcare accommodation, including a local GP practice and a range of supporting healthcare services designed to enhance access to care in the region.
The project has made strong early progress, with the successful completion of the main storm and foul drainage networks, as well as the installation of the site's attenuation tank. These critical infrastructure works have enabled the advancement of the site haul road and paved the way for foundation construction to commence.
Over the coming months, the project team will focus on the construction of pad and strip foundations, alongside preparatory works for the ground floor slab as the building begins to take shape.
Scheduled for completion in Q3 2027, the Glanmire Primary Care Centre will play an important role in supporting the growing healthcare needs of the local community and further strengthening healthcare infrastructure in the region.
