This refurbishment and fit out project is located at AbbVie, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 and consists of the conversion of an existing warehouse space into commercial office space.
The facility is located in a Pharmaceutical Plant with highly regulated controls and High Value Processes continuing in close proximity to our works. One major risk overcome during the completion of this project was the maintenance of Operationally Critical MEP systems for the plant, many of which ran through our site demise. Stringent management and physical controls were necessary in order to ensure that the works did not negatively impact these systems.
