This refurbishment and fit out project is located at AbbVie, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 and consists of the conversion of an existing warehouse space into commercial office space.
The facility is located in a Pharmaceutical Plant with high regulated controls and High Value Processes continuing in close proximity to our works. One of the major risk overcome during the completion of the project was the maintenance of Operationally Critical MEP systems for the plant, many of which ran through our site demise. Stringent managed and physical controls were necessary in order to achieve this.
