Mylan | Dublin | 2014

A new pharma plant for Mylan.

Mylan wanted to expand its capabilities by building a bespoke manufacturing facility to sit alongside its plant in Baldoyle. However, the demands of its production schedule meant that the existing plant had to remain fully operational during all works.

Our client’s need to keep its original site running was well understood by our team. We planned this project out very carefully, collaborating with the design team of M+W Group, Fewer Harrington Partners and RPS Engineering to ensure that we kept noise levels, dust and vibrations to an absolute minimum.

We leveraged our team’s expertise to provide a fit-out worthy of Mylan’s newly constructed, state-of-the art facility. Our fit-out of its offices created a sleek yet inviting workspace, while the cleanroom was meticulously modified to the strictest of protocols.

THE OUTCOME

The pharma industry is a competitive one, and our client knew it needed a top-class facility in order to continue to lead its field. With its new plant, built to the most exacting of standards, and its impressive new offices, employee motivation is at an all-time high.
