The scope of the work included the construction of a 4364sqm extension to the existing butter processing facility. 10 new liquid storage silos of c. 15m in height with associated platforms are to be installed. There was also the relocation of existing liquid storage
silo units.
We constructed a new 76 space Car Park area. Landscaping, hardstanding’s, underground services (Water, Power, Data, Effluent polyproplene network, storm, sprinkler) and ancillary works were all completed. Included in the 4364sqm extension is a 2000sqm freezer which runs at -20 degrees. As the multiple site locations and underground services are within a live production facility extreme planning and stakeholder engagement take place daily to safeguard the operation.
