This project consisted of eight floors, totaling 160,000 square feet of high-end office space, micro-kitchens, meeting rooms and open plan co-working spaces. On the Lower Ground Floor our team handed over a Commercial Grade Kitchen, Restaurant Area, and a Live Stage Area, complete with an edit bay and green room.
The LinkedIn 4WP Project had a contract value of €56 million, with the commercial aspect of the project managed expertly by our Quantity Surveying Team. Flynn achieved success on this project by compiling a procurement schedule, highlighting key packages, including Mechanical, Electrical, AV & IT Installations, as well as any packages with long-lead items, and prioritizing the procurement of these accordingly. Each package was let through a competitive tendering process to suitable subcontractors, which were selected based on their experience, financial stability, resources, quality control, and health & safety compliance. The LinkedIn 4 Wilton Park Project was completed in a timeline of 33 weeks and achieved the Planned Practical Completion Date for the project, and also achieved Phased Handovers of four of the upper floors five weeks prior to PC. Snagging was completed on the upper floors during the contract duration, with the remainder of the snagging being carried out in a timely manner once snag lists had been issued by the consultants, the majority completed before First Day of Business (FDOB).
